About Shipping |
 |
Ruby Imports utilizes UPS pick-up service. Our normal pick-up schedule is at 4PM CST Monday to Friday. We ship out orders made after 1PM previous day to orders made before 1PM on the same day. All orders submitted after 1PM will be shipped out on the following day. Orders made after 1PM on Friday to before 1PM on Monday will all be shipping out on Monday, except on holidays.

Shipping costs will automatically be calculated on your order depending on the order amount. Customers requesting Next Day Air shipping, contact us. IMMEDIATELY.
[INTERNATIONAL]
We accept international shipping services. We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The shipping costs will be calculated depending on the weight of the box. To use USPS, shipping handling charge will be added, approximately 15% of the shipping cost.

| The minimum purchase amount is $50.00 per order excluding shipping cost.

About Returning Items |
 |
* For items that are damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defect, or shipped out in error, please send them back to us for full credit onto your store account. All other returns will be subjected up to 30% restocking fee.
* All returns should be within 10 days of package receipt date.
* Please use packing pads if possible or smallest packing method as possible. Most importantly, please include a COPY OF THE INVOICE with indication of the items returning and the REASON FOR THE RETURN. Replacements will be granted upon request if available, please note on the invoice.
* The store credit earned from returned items can be applied to next order by clicking ¡°use mileage¡± before entering shipping information. The credit will be subtracted from the total amount.
* Please use cheapest shipping method to send the returned items, for SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT BE CREDITED due to the mileage customers earn from each order. Customers earn 1% mileage per order which will cover such miscellaneous costs as shipping fees for returned items.

About Mileage |

| Mileages are given to show our appreciation to great customers and to cover any miscellaneous costs such as shipping for returning damaged items. 1% of the order amount excluding shipping will be given back as store credit. Earned mileage can be credited onto the order anytime customer decides to use it. To use mileage, after clicking ¡°check out¡± at ¡°view cart¡±, check the ¡°use credit this time¡± box. Some customers may qualify for high mileage rate.

Ruby Imports takes Visa, Master Card, and Amex Card. We also gladly accept bank wire transfer, COD, and PayPal payments.
First order MUST be paid with a credit card. All subsequent orders can be paid using any other acceptable method. Customers must establish a good purchasing history with us before utilizing COD cashier¡¯s check or money order payment method. We do not accept company or personal check as a COD payment.
